Download a form, delete it from jotform, and then re-upload it later?

 Is it possible to download a form, delete it from jotform, and then re-upload it later for a design adjustment & re-download/delete?  If so I can take this offline tonight.  I don't want to cause or encounter any account problems, and I do need to work on this a little yet today.

Please advise.

Uploading a deleted form is not possible, it would not accept it's script or styling. If you are trying to create a payment  form, you can use one of our payment integrations. You will not encounter any account problems as long as our terms of use are not violated .
