How can I create a survey that adds a section with a button?

I need a form that will have a section that repeats depending on the amount of information entered. For example; to list the job experience. The form will have five basic fields to report on one job. but depending on how many previous jobs the user had he can press a button that can generate another section to enter data for another job.

Thanks for asking. We have widgets which allow users to add fields as needed. I think Matrix Dynamique would probably be the most appropriate for your purposes but feel free to explore the others.

Please see this guide for directions on how to insert widgets. Each widget has a wizard which loads as soon as it's inserted and will show you how to use the widget but if you need help, please let us know.
