How do I include the text that is on my form along with the questions and answers to Box?

Asked by ITU_contacts on May 30, 2014 at 06:49 PM

I created an integratoin with Box.  It send the form to Box in a PDF.  It includes the questions and anwers but does not include any of the text that is on the form. Is this possible?  I want to include all the explanatory information around the quesitons along with the quetions and answers too.

    Thank you.

Once you log in to your account, click on MY FORMS, select your form, and click on Submissions:

Then click on the gear Icon, and check the Show Headers and Text option.

That will make to appear your text in the PDF . If you have another question, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
