Recently, after many years of using Jotform for Garden Club of America forms, I stopped being able to receive submissions from others using the system. What has happened?

Just to clarify your concern, are you not receiving the notification email for the submissions, or the submissions themselves are not reflecting on your Jotform Tables?
Also, please share with us the form URL where this issue is happening. The account linked to the email you used for this ticket is a free account with no forms under it.
