Cant access my account

    It has been some time since i last used jotform and i would like to reuse my account and build some forms however i do not remeber my password and everytime i attemopt to resend instructions to my email to reset my password no email comes through.

    Jot form tells me instructions have been sent to my email but it doesnt send an email therefore i cannot reset my password or access my account.
