Account Disabled

    I got an email saying that i had reached my limits and my account has been disabled. Im really confued as to what these all mean. Do i only have a total of 10 payments or ssl sumissions TOTAL r are these on a monthly basis and i actually looked through my inbox and i could not count the 13 submission it says i have.

    Hello Sir,

    Please let me explain that your account is already activated because submission limits does automatically reset at the beginning of the month.

    I have checked your submissions and got same as shown your attached picture. It's look like you had 12 SSL submissions last month and on this 12 SSL submissions you made 8 payment submissions also.So it reached 12 SSL and 8 payment submissions.

    You may use this app - http://apps.jotform.com/app/submaster

    It'll provide insight on your submissions.

    I would advice you that,that when you use SSL,check whether it was for a payment or not.it it's with payment then it advances the counter Any form with a payment field intergration advances the payment counter.
