What if I Get more than 10 SSL Submissions?

I have a Starter account. If I receive more than 10 ssl submissions in one month, what happens to the extras? Are they lost forever, does the submissee get a reject notice, are they saved and I can upgrade and retrieve them, or what?

When you reach your monthly limits, your forms will be disabled and be no longer usable.

Your form users will receive a rejection notice when they try to submit the form.
