    Hello championgloves,

Have you checked the guide URL I have shared earlier? Please check the following guide and that should help you:  http://support.clinchpad.com/customer/portal/articles/1458288-jotform-integration

You do not have anything in your JotForm account / form to integrate it with ClinchPad. You need to sign in to your ClinchPad account and need to go to "Integrations" under the "Settings" menu and you will be able to find the JotForm integration. Please check the screenshot below:

Please check the above URL which is actually a step by step guide on how to integrate with ClinchPad.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the information.  I have had success with the original form I was working with and have integrated the form.

The form info does not show up in clinch pad only the email and name of the person.

I tried the exact sane way on two other forms and have tried multiple times.  I can not get it to work on the other forms.  Is there a way you can go in and see what I am doing wrong??
