    Ich habe das Formular überprüft es sieht gut aus, lassen Sie uns wissen, wenn es noch Problem.

    Hi,
    Your form appears to be fine here. I can see the entire form on your page.

    Is this what you're referring about? If yes, in what browser does the form not appearing correctly? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and recheck the page?
    Or if I have misunderstood your question, let us know here.

    I created a clone of the form and made a test submission in the standalone version of the clone:

    Kontaktformular Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Can you please confirm me if you received it?

    I also tested the website embed version and was redirected into the thank you page:

    Did you received also this submission?
    You can try uploading screenshots to our forum using this method. Screenshots are very helpful to us.

    You can try deleting the existing email notification and creating a new one to see if it solves.

    Please get back to us if further support is needed.

    Unfortunately the forms don't work properly. We can receive all forms.
    It is missing but getting the most information!

    you have no way to check this ?

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that youe are not receiving all your information from your form?

    I did check your form's notification email alert but could not find any issue with that. You shoudl be receiving all the information in the submission emails.

    I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the problem you are having so that we can understand your problem better. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    I would suggest you to please email the screenshot image to us at support@jotform.com. We will surely take a look and help you resolve the issue. I did check your support inbox but could not find the email which was sent on June 20.
