What happen if I exceeded the allocated submissions for the month

What happens if my plan overflows in a given month? For example, if I have the free 100-or-less plan and then a month comes along when I receive 250 submissions?

(Of course, I am willing to change to a higher capacity plan if I believe that higher number of submissions will continue, but the submissions jump might be an anomoly.)

    Thanks,

    Larry

    Hi Larry,

Your forms will be temporarily disabled when your account exceeds the submissions limit allocated for the month. With that said, your form will automatically stop from accepting submissions since the following error will be displayed over your form every time you load it on your browser. Of course, you will be notified thru email when you're running out of submissions quota.

To enable your forms back, it's either you upgrade your account to a higher plan for a higher limits. Or if you don't wish to upgrade, you have to wait until the submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month.

Should you have further questions, let us know.

    Regards!
