I am not recieving the submissions again.
I get this issue every couple of months.

Upon checking the email notification setting of your forms: Reservation Form for Moving Labor Services and Clone of Reservation Form for Moving Labor Services, I've found both of them conditional.
The conditions you set: "IF Full Name Is Filled
Send Notification 1 email to firstname.lastname@example.org"
So email won't be sent unless the condition is satisfied. You have not also set Required option to On mode for Full Name field. So, a user can submit a form without filling out that field. If it happens, then no email will be sent to your address as it violates the condition. Set it on to avoid the problem.
In addition to this, you may ask your email provider to add Jotmail's IP addresses and domain names to their whitelist if the issue still persists.
