Form with permission based accessAsked by Malley Wylie on June 02, 2014 at 04:10 PM
3) We want the form information to be accessible by permission based access. This will be a form
that graphic designers will need to access in order to provide the product, but we have a design team
of many, and want to be able to 'assign' a certain form to a specific designer, allowing only that one, or
a small team of designers to access the form.
We currently do not have a function that lets you create a separate login to a specific form so a workaround for that would be to use our conditional logic function, preferably the Show/Hide a field condition or the Skip to a page or end of the form
Here's an example form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41527494870967. I used the Show/Hide condition on this form.
Will this be an acceptable workaround? Let me know and I'll give you the full steps on how to create the same.
Woopps! In the form, please provide the codes: design1 to show the next button.
