i am extreamly disapointed i have had at least 40 emails in the last week stating
I've made numerous attempts at uploading my photos and completing the process, with no luck
please can you let me know whats is going on i am paying for something that does not work.
Can some one call me or i will cancel and write bad reviews this is not good.

I have made a test submission and didn't encounter any problems. Could you please help me to understand your problem better?
I need to know exact address where you display your form and purpose of your form to understand and fix your problem. Your customers complaints will also help.
