I have managed to download the excel submissions of your form. Since the submissions is pretty big enough to handle on the submissions page, you will be prompted with a window message containing the excel file URL that you need to open to be able to download the excel file.
Please try it again or use this URL https://www.jotform.com/excel/41531983376057 to download your form submissions to excel.

Thanks, I managed to upload a file, but it has changed the coding. it consists of some question marks. how can I fix it?

I checked on this and I can confirm the same results even with the latest version of Excel. It appears to be getting encoded wrong for Excel which in turn is then getting misread when the file is opened or it could be something els. Anyhow, this leads me to think that there might be something wrong since I don't think the data should be coming through like that. I've sent this over to our developers so they can help take a better look at it. As soon as something more is known here we'll update you here.

The developer assigned to this made updates recently. You may now download again an excel version of your submissions. If the problem persists, please do let us know.
