    Can I update my service for only those months when my form submissions exceed my current plan?

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have been subscribing to the Premium Bi-Yearly plan since using Jotform. In the past those 1000 monthly submissions have always been adequate for my needs, however recently, during peak usage times, I could have used more submissions.

    Because I need those extra submissions only during 1 or 2 months in an entire year, I dont want to generally update to a higher plan. 

    My question now is, if it is possible to update to the "Economy Plan" on a monthly basis during peak usage times and after one month fall back to my Premium Bi-Yearly plan?

    Hello Norbert,

    Yes. This is possible, I have checked your payment gateway and you are using FastSpring as this is much easier to manage when you downgrade or upgrade your account.

    Just to make sure that your account is in good status kindly let us know when you are going to downgrade back to Premium Bi-Yearly or every time you are going to downgrade back your account so we can make some adjustments just in case there would be some problem during the process.
