Error when fields are incompleteAsked by Thorpeedo on June 03, 2014 at 06:26 AM
I have set up a form on a web page on my site. If I try to enter the form with a missing field I get the message below but when I click on the 'go back' link I get a blank screen. Please advise how I change the direction of the 'go back' link. Many Thanks, Matt.Incomplete ValuesThere are incomplete fields in your submission: First Name is required Country is required Email Address is required Surname is required Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY) is required Enter your chosen watch name. is requiredPlease go back and fix the problem(s)
Thank you for contacting us.
The validation error should be the one that will be displayed when some of the required fields is not filled. Something like this.
I suggest that you use the iframe embed code so that you will not be redirected to "Incomplete Values" page. This normally appears if the validation is bypassed or some conflicts in your script are causing the validation not to work and by embedding the iframe code conflicts should be gone and form validation should work properly.
