My form is Missing, how can I find it?

Good Morning,

A user that has access to Emmanuel College's jotform account has reported that a form has dissapeared from the jotform system. The form was titled "Orientation 2014 June 16-17" and was located in the Admissions + Aid folder. The user reported that they saw the form yesterday, but could not find it this morning.

I looked in all of Emmanuel's folders, as well as the trash folder and could not find the form either. What can we do to restore the form? It had 120+ submissions that we need to have.

Upon checking I found that you have set Submission Limit to 106 for your said form and its submission reaches to 120+ (you mentioned). That's why your form is not appearing. You can increase the Submission Limit to resolve the problem. Please see the screenshot below.

We found what happened...somehow it was pulled out of the folder it was tagged in, and could only be seen in the root folder. Just an FYI for anyone else that has this problem. If a form is missing, check the "My Forms" folder before having a panic attack!
