How to I change my payment details?

    I need to change the credit card on file and I can't find the option anywhere...

    Hi Jay,

    Your subscription's billing is handled by our chosen payment gateway for credit card paid subscriptions, Plimus. For that matter, any changes you want to apply on your billing information can be done by logging in to Plimus using the ID and password sent to your e-mail when you first paid for your subscription. These are different from your JotForm account details. Your Plimus ID is made up of numbers.

    If you cannot find your Plimus password, you may have it reset by using this forgot password page. Once you're able to log in, you can then manage your billing information for your JotForm Premium subscription.

    I just tried this with no success. When I go to edit the card I get this message:

    Note: in order to add a card please go to "My Account" tab, select a subscription you would like to associate the new card with and click on "Change" in "Payment Method" column.

    Then when I go to said Account tab there is nothing listed under subscription to associate the new card number with... What do I do. I just want to continue my subscription and update my card details but I can't figure out how...

    Hello jaymyers,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're still having difficulty with changing your cc details. However, much as we'd like to assist you further, the problem lies within Plimus' system. Please contact their Customer Support Team for further assistance. 

    You may also try to resubscribe using Paypal if you have a Paypal account. You can also subscribe with a credit card via Paypal (choose "No, I don't have a Paypal account).
