Help - not able to view uploads

I'm not able to view the docs people submit.  When I click on the link, it says access denied.  Please help.

My test submission went through with attached file just fine.

Incorrect upload links might be caused by account name change. Have you ever changed your JotForm account name? If yes, please provide us with your original account name.
