Trouble with Dropbox integration

    Hi,

    Through Dropbox integration, I'm trying to create form subfolders for each applicant to hold their application materials, including uploaded documents.  Instead, each document and form uploads separately to my general Jotform folder in Dropbox.

    And, when I return to Jotform in edit view, the settings display that the changes I created in integration were not saved.

    Can you help?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It appears that the issue is caused by the current integration settings. We would like to recommend you to remove the Dropbox integration, and then add it back.
