Hide field (from properties): can the image (or text) appear in the pdf?

    Hi,

I am creating a form for a submission, and I need to include both a text field and an image field, that I want to be hidden in the form (in the browser).

The form is connected to Box, and I will received a pdf version of the form submitted.

I will need to have the hidden fields show up in the pdf.

I inserted the text field and image, and in the properties selected the "hide field" option.

They of course won't show up in the browser, but they appear also in the pdf i receive in Box.

Is there a way for this to happen?

I may have found a workaround for the text (use Hidden Text, instead of hide field), but not for the image.

    thank you

    Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, this is possible. You will need to simply enable a 'Show Headers and Texts' option through a form Submissions page. This way, the data will be included into PDFs.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
