    Hi,

    O followed your user guide on how to setup Paypal payments via JotForm. The IPN feature needs to be enabled on my Paypal account. You suggested adding the following URL

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    Shortly after setting up the form, I got email from PayPal that messages sent to URL above are not been received and PayPal disalbed the feature. Is there anything that I need to do? I am not sure if any payment will go through with such setup.

    Thank you

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Apart from setting the IPN URL from your PayPal account, it also needs to be set in your form. See image below:

    I did update the form and, again, got the same message from PayPal:

    ++++++++++++++

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.

    Once you or your service provider fix this problem, you or your service provider can resend the failed messages from the IPN History page. If this problem continues, PayPal may disable the IPN feature for your account.

    ++++++++++++++

    I have message delivery disabled in my Paypal account. Anything else that needs to be done?

    @DTC_membership

    Payments are not affected by IPN failure. They will still go through even without IPN.

    It is only the post-submission functions that will be halted, i.e., JotForm email alerts will not be sent, submissions will not be marked as completed etc.

    I am not sure how or why the IPN message delivery failed for our IPN script (https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php) -- it might have been a server hiccup.

    Here's the course of action you should take:

    1.   Go to your Paypal account's IPN settings page:

    2. Click Turn On IPN if it is set to "Disabled"

    3. Click IPN History page

    3. Check the IPNs with Status "Disabled" (such as in the image below), then click Resend Selected
