Up until the last couple of days our received forms had a degree of formatting. Contrasting bars across the page. Today received forms have no formatting and are in text form only.

I don't know what would have caused that to happen. Upon viewing the form's revision history, I saw that an update was done yesterday but it was just a modification to the birth date field

which wouldn't have affected the formatting of the autoresponder. The best I can suggest would be to replace the autoresponder with a new one.
