set up form - won't email all details on form

    when i test email the form to myself -quite a lot of stuff is missing in the email

    guesthouse name missing, number of adults / children /number of rooms/ nights


    whats wrong??

    Hi Phil,

    Please re-create your form's notification.

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification 2
    2.  In the Compose Email screen, click Delete Email
    3.  Then, go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Add New Email
    4.  Choose Notification, click Next
    5.  Follow and complete the wizard
