    When I click the lightbox form link, two of the same form pop up except the one in front is correct and the one behind it is a different size.

    I have tried everything and recreated the code many times but it still does not change. I don't know what else to do. I have the same set up for a button right above it and don't have any problems. The "Contribute" link is functional and the "Volunteer" link isn't

    You have two instances of the script that's responsible for the 'Volunteer' form:

    <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    windowTitle:'Volunteer to the Ted Yoho Campaign',

    The first one is near the start of your page's source code while the other is in the last part, just above the </body> tag.

    Remove one of them and your form should work properly.
