I have set up an account and created a form for a client. It seems to be working but I'm the only one who is receiving the emails generated by the form. I'm not sure where to setup a second email address for the client to receive emails. It's a free account but I am hoping that the client takes my advice and purchases a plan.

You can change/add recipients to your email notifications. On Recipient Email, type all the email addresses separated by comma (,). See image below:
