    Printing from submissions isn't working

Asked by Debzsc on June 04, 2014 at 08:23 AM

Since the submissions location has changed, I can't print indidual forms. After I scroll and press print, it just does the first one again.

What do you mean the submissions location has changed? Are you talking about the Form's Url? Or where you have it embedded if at all? Or? What was the location change that you noticed where it stopped working? Also, did you mean the first form or the first page?

It displays submissions differently to what it used to when I go in now. If I fiddle around, I can find the old way of looking at the submissions and get to the bit where I can choose GET PDF and then print.  In the new way, it only prints the first form.

I am happier now that I know that the old way of looking at the submissions is still there.

    Thanks for the explanation.

I think you when you say the "new way" to see the submissions you mean when you click on the New Submissions indicator of the forms:

Or by clicking on the Inbox button:

It will display the same submission view as in the first screenshot.

However, those are just alternative options to view your submissions in a quicker way. As you already stated, you can still view your submissions in the default Submissions page where you will find the Get PDF button, simply select your form and then click on Submissions button:

Finally you will get this view:

I hope this helps. Inform us if you need further assistance with this query.

    Thanks
