    Form Collapses are not clickable

Asked by HOMEsure on June 04, 2014 at 01:17 PM

I am having problems with this Jot Form - http://www.homesureproperty.co.uk/advertise-only

The basic problem is that the drop down menus do not always work.

It seems to be that the Jot Form will work OK not long after logging into your software however after a while it will stop working.

Here is a Screenr video showing the site not working  http://www.screenr.com/VApN

What can I do to ensure that the Jot Form works at all times?

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have found at least one problem with the JS based embed code of your form, Form Collapses do not work well when you open the form for the first time. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team.

In the meantime, please use an iFrame version of the form on your web page. It should work better, but you might need to set scrolling to yes on the iFrame code.

We will let you know once we have any updates.

Upon checking, this appears to be fixed already.  Seems like one of our developers managed to resolve this.

Please let us know if this problem continues to persist.

    Thanks.
