I been trying to access my acount and I can't. I'm trying to reset my password and it tells me there no information found with my email. The form has also been deleted from my website.

The problem is that your account upload limit have maxed out. Your free account got 100 MB, however you have gotten 274.97 MB
I have reactivated it, but it will not last a lot. You need to go ahead and login into your account, then download your submissions and the uploaded files. Then delete the submisisons completely to free space up.
