I am utilizing the Approval Workflow method for all my requests. Since February, this feature will not load to edit. This is a great feature and would like to use. I continue to receive this message:

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I was able to access the Approval Workflow of the form URL you provided.
Are you still encountering the same issue? If so, please try clearing your browser cache or use the incognito mode of your browser to access the form's Approval Workflow.
Also, are you a collaborator for this form? I saw that this form is under a different account. If you're a form collaborator, please also make sure that your permission to collaborate with the form has not been removed by the form owner.
Let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

I am still unable to access this tool. My IT is able to see it, but I cannot. Could this be in my settings?

Hello gwernli,
I did some tests and it seems that form collaborators are unable to edit the approval workflow. However, if you're a sub-user account that has been given permission to view and edit the form, you should be able to access and edit its Approval Workflow.
If you're indeed a sub-user, please ask the form owner to check the permissions he has set for your account on the Users page and make sure that the two columns are checked for the particular form you want to edit. This will give you permission to view the submissions and edit the form. See the sample screenshot below.
Afterward, please log out of your account, log back in, then access the form again in the Shared Folder on your My Forms page.
Let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
