Hi guys I have been using jotforms for my customers for some time now and I just saw that I have been at an upgraded status since 2012 and am not sure why ... my customers dont ever recieve that many forms. Can some one look into this and tell me when my account was upgraded and by what email address or contact info was associated with the upgrade.

Upon checking your account, I found that you only have a free account. Please check your account status in the screenshot below:
