    Truncated forms

Asked by alcrowley on June 05, 2014 at 05:49 AM

I have embedded 2 membership forms in a website using iWeb - Widget - HTML Snippet.  The forms are excellent when viewed on a computer and working well. However, the form is truncated when used on tablets and phones and the buttons can't be accessed.   How can I overcome this problem.

The link you provided didn't work, but I did find two forms here on your site after searching more so I am under the impression that those are most likely the exact same two forms that are on your account.

After checking it furthermore I believe I found what you mean by truncated. At the bottom of your forms on mobile it is apparent that they are squashed.

Screenshot of your Standalone Form on Computer (looks normal):

Mobile Screenshot of the bottom of your Form (squashed and cut off):

Can you try to adjust the Div Container on your site and see if that helps. This is what contains your form and so because of that it is causing this to appear cut and squashed-looking or truncated as you call it.
