An entry form for a 10k race has disappeared!

I created an entry form for online entry to a 10k charity race run by Woodstock and Kidlington Rotary club (woodstockandkidlingtonrotary.org.uk) some months ago and embedded in our web site for use later in the year. We have set up a paypal account and wish to link the two together but when I log into Jotform the forms have disappeared both here and on our web site, can these be retrieved and returned to "My Forms".

    Hello w00dstock,

Upon checking your account, I don't see any form there. I did try to find out if the form was created in a guest account or so but could not find any guest account created with your email address or IP address.

I did try to find out the page where you have embedded your form but could not find it in your web site. Please share the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I have viewed the source file on the web page and it is as follows.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/40246891829363"></script>

Does that help in perhaps retrieving it?

    Thanks for your help

Thanks for sharing with us the link. This form was in your account, but in the trash folder. I have just restored it, but you can do it by yourself if you check the Trash folder , select the form and click on "Restore".

All I see in my account is this screenshot below showing an untitled form created today and put into trash whilst trying to find my original form, am I looking in the right place?

Is this my original form No 40246891829363 created some months ago which I now cannot find.

    Thanks for your help.

Such form belongs to another account davewheatley dave.wheatley@btinternet.com

On regards to the other form, just click on Trash Folder first (at the left hand) you should see your form there.

    Hello w00dstock,

For security reasons, we need the transfer request to come from the source account. Please ask  "davewheatley" to sign in to his account and send us confirmation asking to transfer specific forms. We will do the needful.

    Thank you!
