    Hello,

I have setup a form that allows users to enter orders with quantities for 9 items.  Each item being a textbox.  I've also setup logic that if they choose to pay by PayPal, they are presented a Paypal order form with payment products.

When I view the report for sales, the Payment products are all in one field and the individual items via textboxes are each in their own field.  I'd like to be able to total the number for products for each category seperately.  With that in place, I can have a master list of how many total items need to be produced regardless if they were paid for via Paypal or not.

Is this possible?  The link to the form is:

    Thanks,

    Ajay

It is currently possible to strip and separate the payment information in your email notifications. Please see this guide - http://www.jotform.com/help/231-How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts for additional information. However, it is somewhat limited to that if you are referring about our reporting methods themselves with the visual and gridlist being more customizable than the rest. Something else I think you might possibly find useful to keep better track of your payments is our JotPayments App.
