Additional information in Paypal order

Currently it is linking by the email address only and I would like to change/add to that.  I would really like it to indicate the course or competition being registered for - by showing the heading - and the name of the person registering.

It is possible to add a custom field to your Paypal order. This way you can have additional information in your order. To do so please add a text-box field to your form and then select properties of the Paypal field> Custom field and then select the text-box field name:

This text-box field can be used to collect the relevant information you may choose. But to better locate your order, you can use instead a Unique ID field:

This field is invisible to users and automatically generated.
