I am receiving for submissions from my "clone daystar registration" form and the requied fields are not filled in. I thought that the system would not allow a user to submit a form if the required fields where not filled in. Please advise.

Regarding the required fields, I tested the form, both the embed and the standalone version and could not submit with empty required fields:

Really? Because I just went to our website and submitted a form that only had a couple classes picked and credit card info. I did not fill in the name, adress, phone, email, etc.... and it submitted the form. I think you should look a little harder. And like I said, I am getting submissions from students that had no info besides classes picked. Please advise. Thank you!

It is possible that the user that attempted to fill in this form had its browser's javascript disabled. The form relies on javascript for validation of the inputted information. If this is the case there is not much we can do. Perhaps you can add some warnings advising users to enable the JavaScript, using the Text field.

I inspected your form and I need to inform you that it is not possible to collect Credit Card information except by using our Payment Tools:

Please avoid your account suspension by replacing these fields by one of our Payment tools, else your form might be detected by our phishing filter.

I apologize but my answer at 01:25 PM came out incomplete. It was an issue with the browser which I apologize. I posted the complete answer just now.

Can you please confirm me if you have JavaScript enabled? Also are you able to submit only with one browser or this happens with all?

Thank you and please accept my apologies for before.

Good morning, the incomplete form you submitted came over to us. We do not collect credit card infor for immediate payment. They give us their credit card info so that we can process their payment the day of each class. We do not use paypal or any of your payment options. I tri

ed doing the form using firefox and it would not let me submit. However, when I am using safari it will. I have no idea or no way to know what browser others are using when accessing our website and submitting a form. So please advise on the be
st way to go about fixing this issue.

    Hello,

The incomplete form you submitted came over to us - I was trying to submit without any info and checked your account but there is no submissions that arrived in your account. The validation works fine on my end.

We do not collect credit card info for immediate payment. They give us their credit card info so that we can process their payment the day of each class - We have an automated phishing tool that scans forms for possible violation of phishing. If your form asks for credit card info then sooner or later your form or account will be automatically suspended. We only use Payment tools to accept and process payments.

If you are still receiving submission and validation is bypassed can you try other embed code like iframe and see if that helps? If user's computer has no javascript enabled then that could be a problem, Our form is designed that way.

We do not actually process payments when they enter their card info. Like I said we collect payment info and then manually process them on our end the day of each class. So what kind of payment tool do you have that we could use to collect payment info without actually processing it?
