I tried jotform out, set up a form, and did a test run on it and "playing" a potential client.
I got this reply from jotform - (this is what my client would have gotten)

Can you please help, i would like my clients to get my information and not the information below.

I would advise to just re-create your form autoresponder email settings. Please follow these steps:
1. Delete your current autoresponder email settings. Follow this guide to delete: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
2. Re-create the autoresponder. Follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.
