Change Approval

    I'm trying to construct a workflow to handle approving applications but I keep running into roadblocks with the approval workflow.

    I want to be able to have statues like Approved, Need Info, and Denied. If I send Need Info then I want to be able to go back and change it to Approved once I hear back from them. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the approval, let alone to trigger the email that would have been sent if they were approved right off

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand that you would like to be able to change or reverse approvals through a Need Info status on the approval workflow.

    At this time, Approvals/Denials are final. However, you can add additional approvals or denials after the initial one, by adding another Approval element to the Workflow.

    Here is a rough example of what you may utilize for your Approval process:
