I'm working on a form that has to add a total together. It has a fine spot, where the client will input the amount of the fine they have to pay. Then I need it to add 2.9% of the total of that fine, plus $7.30 to the subtotal. I know how to calculate the fine + 7.30. But, I can't figure out how to make it calculate the 2.9% of the fine amount which is put in. Can you explain how to do this?
