"Like and Dislike" widget?

May I request a "Like and Dislike" widget? Would this be possible.

Let me submit this thread as a feature request. You will be notified via this thread once this is implemented. 

Can you also explain the possible usage? Maybe, you need something a field with like and dislike so you can add a question to it.

I want the users to fill out a form and have the option to click dislike is everything was not good or like if everything was good regarding a comment or service. But the user would also have the option of unselecting dislike at a future day and clicking like if the problem was fixed. Its hard to explain but I hope this makes sense.

Overall a like/dislike option similiar to what you already have in your forum. I would like to be able to connect the data to my database and also let users see how many times each button was clicked by other users.
