How to install form on Facebook page

Asked by camillebenoit on June 05, 2014 at 06:35 PM

    Hi,

I am new to this tool, but I would like to enable another Facebook user to install a form that I designed on their Facebook page. Do you have step by step instructions about how to do this?

Your tool only allows me to install the code on Facebook pages which I personally administer. Unfortunately, because it's not my page, I can't use your tool that allows for one click installation. If I send the embed code to the FB page owner, I'm not sure what to tell them to do with the embed code. Where should they install it on the page?

Could you provide me with instructions?

Also, if we are using this to upload photos would they end up being stored on your platform? Is it relatively easy to export photos elsewhere from your platform, if that's the case?

    Thanks,

    Hi Camille,

That's pretty easy. You can embed the form directly to your FB page using our FB App. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/blog/100-How-to-Add-A-Form-to-Your-Facebook-Page

    Regards!

P.S. We will answer your other question on a separate thread.
