Customise the Submission screen

I am looking at using the standard submission screen for a user to view their own submissions. Is it possible to just provide the lower 'spreadsheet' element ?

Do you want to display the submission records in grid, the same way you see in the submission page?

Thank you for your esponse. Thats good, but is there anything which allows the user to edit records in Grid view?

Unfortunately that is not possible. Report are just simply for view purpose only we don't have any function that will allow the user the edit the Grid view report.
