Setting up regular submission to secured one

is it possible to set up my submissions to go from regular to secured if i run out of regular submissions or is this done automatically?

No, You can't really do that automatically since once you hit the limitation for one type such as for SSL it would ask you to upgrade and if you go over the limit then your account is placed on hold until your account limit either resets or you upgrade it again.

Theoretically, the only way it might possibly work is if it could be switched a certain amount of submissions beforehand maybe. But, still there is the problem that again it's not automatic.

The reason for that is that either the URL is linked including the embed code which contains the URL that would have to be switched. You would realistically have to build some sort of custom program to count and detect that which would then have access to wherever it is being used. It would also need an ability to switch it once it hits a certain amount, but regardless I believe this would be rather difficult. Switching the direct link could probably work out, but as for the embedded code that would be much harder.

is there anyway to exchange submissions, for example rather than get secured submissions just get more regular sumbissions?

Note that for Premium Plan, you can only receive up to 1000 submissions per month, that is total from all forms you have.
