Hi jryan
Thanks for asking. Yes, that can most certainly be done. Have a look at the following form:
http://www.jotform.com/form/12275544283
If Option 2 is chosen in the radio button field, three fields ("Text Area", "File Upload" and "Submit Form") are hidden. Three Show/Hide conditions were setup for the for the radio button field to achieve this. For a detailed view of how this was done, clone the form and view its saved conditions: Setup & Embed tab > Conditions > Saved Conditions > click the edit button on each condition
If you require clarification on anything, please let us know. The support team will be happy to assist you.

It could be great if it could be possible to add multiple actions to conditions. In complex forms it's very messy and hard to troubleshoot when you have to add a seperate condition for each item you want to hide.

@barq
Thank you for your comments. The option you have mentioned was already forwarded to our developers as a feature request. However, we have no idea as to when it will be implemented, if at all.
We will update you if we receive any news from our development team.

so to clarify
if you want to hide/show multiple fields based on one selection then we have to do each field individually?
it can not be done in one statement?
thanks

I second this request.
I've used your above workaround for it, but now our conditions list is about 30 items long and it is cumbersome to scroll through the various fields for each condition.

Thank you for the input ywammadison. As mentioned this was already on our development team. You will be among to be informed when there is an update for it.

Another thing that would be nice is to show or hide a page based on a conditional responce. For example I have a form that says if "this" is selected when a user presses the next button take them to the appropiate page, but if "that" is selected take them to the page after that. I would be nice to say If this is selected hide page #3 or if that is selected show page #4 etc. This would allow a single condition to be granted and yet hide multiple form fields by putting them all on a seperate page.

I second @mills request to be able to conditionally hide a whole page. I tried a work-around for this by creating a condition for each of the items on a page to hide them but when all the items on a page are hidden, instead of skipping the page altogether, it showed a blank page where nothing could be done (I'd also conditionally hidden the Page Break section).

Thank you for your feedbacks.
Show / Hide a page conditions feature request is already forwarded to our Developers. We will update this thread if it will be implemented.

Hi,
We've added this feature recently. You can chain single/multiple conditions to single/multiple actions, if the action type is "Show/Hide field" or "Send email". You can easily notice the new button "Add new action", in the condition wizard. So you can send more than one email if user satisfies a single condition or you can show/hide multiple fields with a single condition. Old forms will not be affected and should work as expected. Also we will appreciate it if you share your feedbacks.

Wow! I'm a year late coming back to read this response, but better late than never.... Thank you for the development efforts! That's a big time saver and makes the product much better.
