When I try to log in using a different computer, the jotform site doesn't recognize my username and/or password. Can't get in. How can I fix this?

I can't seem to find any account that is possibly associated to your current email address used for posting this question.
Have you registered to us? What is your Jotform username? IF you don't remember your username, let us know a form URL. Using a form URL, we would be able to trace the account.
