Paypal Pro:Some of my customers cannot submit form

Some people have sucessfully submitted form , but I have had many people that have told me they were unsuccesful.

When trying to pay on the form, 1 person said the form said "invalid entry" another person said the form said " invalid merchant something

Invalid Merchant Error is related to your PayPal Pro merchant account configuration. All you have to do is to make that you have enabled and agreed to the billing agreement option under PayPal account.

In either case you may want to contact PayPal and ensure that your account is set up to process Website Payments Pro transactions and that the billing agreement is accepted.
