    How can I tell where my form is coming from?

    If I were to have my form on 10 different websites, what would be the easiest/best way to know which website the replies are coming from

    Yea My Contact Form Is On 21 Of My Websites Os There Any Way To Know Were The Submission Is Coming From?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    First navigate to your form, create a Hidden Field, and label it as site.

    Get your code, preferrably your iFrame code. Edit the src attribute and add a ?site=websitename. Then embed the altered code to your site (websitename).

    Example: <iFrame ............. src="https://www.jotform.com/123456789?site=websitename" .....></iFrame>

    Send a test submission to check your notification. Hope this helps.
