The email address associated with my account is email@example.com. The username WAS jimspears but I changed it to ogyasports when I paid the $139 for a 2 year subscription. The form is still showing as unavailable after it is submitted. Plus, when I click on account settings it still shows as a free account. Please advise what I should do. You know, a phone number on here would be nice.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. For verification purposes, may we ask for the Order Reference # from our 3rd party payment processor? I checked the user ID ogyasports in our member database but failed to get a match.
We can refund the payment you submitted and you can sign up again for a paid account using ogyasports as user ID.
