i dont get the storage limit

    You supposedly integrate with dropbox, so whats the point of the storage limits if the actual storage is on my dropbox account? If someone uploads a 100MB file, is my storage amount full for lets say a basic account or is that only until its uploaded to my dropbox account (which is automatic, right?)

    Hi Mark and yasinco,

    Good question. The uploaded files are actually always saved by default in our servers. This serves as your backup copy in case you accidentally deleted your files in DropBox. Lifting the file upload limits for DropBox-enabled forms defeats the purpose of having a Jotform Premium and Professional plan since everyone can just sign up for a basic account. 

    For a Basic account, if someone uploads a 100MB file, it will be counted against your storage allowance which means your Jotform account will be full.
