how to have x number of lines show when they choose an option?

I am trying to figure out a way to have a certain number of lines show.

When the user chooses passengers and he clicks 1 there should only be one line available.

when the user chooses 2 passengers, there needs to be 2 lines of areas to fill in for the user. 

3 lines, etc, 4 lines, etc, 5 lines etc.
